Today we spoke about:
✨ Why connection is so important in food and body image help, and in everyday life
✨ How Paige got into dietetics and how it fits into her personal qualities
✨ How an intuitive approach fits into business: what feels best?
✨ Social media can confuse the Intuitive Eating message - you can still eat veggies & nuance matters!
✨ Reclaiming your authority around both food and social media is important
✨ Making peace with ALL food is important… Cookies, donuts and Brussel sprouts, raspberries - take away that power of them being “superfoods”
✨ What is positive nutrition?
✨ Talking about nutrition as a nutrition professional isn’t taboo - it’s nuanced!
