Meet Sophie

Hey I’m Sophie,

I strongly feel that life is so much more enjoyable when you have a peaceful relationship with food and yourself. I love working as a dietitian and being able to support the individuals that I have the pleasure of knowing to a place of food freedom and body trust.

I have been working in the field of eating disorders for over three years, supporting adults and young people with recovery. I have experience on supporting individuals with a range of presentations including Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID which is short for avoidant restrictive food intake disorder. Alongside my role at Isa Robinson Nutrition, I work as part of a a highly specialised ARFID service in the NHS. Of course, I also know that you don’t need a diagnosis of an eating disorder to be worthy and deserving of help.

I pride myself on really personalised care including ensuring my clients feel fully understood. I feel it is so important to develop a good, trusting relationship with my clients and always meet you where you’re at. I practice in an evidence based, weight-inclusive manner and I have gained additional training in behaviour change methods and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Guided Self Help and Body image work.

Outside of my work as a dietitian, I am passionate about dance, travel and all things creative. I love learning new crafts and creating clothes through crochet and sewing.
