Meet Zoe
Zoe is a specialist dietitian on a mission to help her clients rediscover food as nourishment to the body and the soul. Zoe works collaboratively with clients on the road to eating disorder recovery and becoming an intuitive eater. She takes a person-centred, holistic and compassionate approach to nutrition counselling, and will push her clients to challenge food rules, nutrition misinformation and limiting beliefs that are holding them back from a healthier relationship with food. Zoe is a firm believer in the saying "If nothing changes, nothing changes."
Zoe decided to specialise in eating disorders and intuitive eating because she is fascinated by the marrying of psychology and nutrition. Having struggled with her own relationship with food as a teenager, and now being a 30-year-old intuitive eater, she is passionate to support her clients to find the same food freedom and is empathetic towards their struggle. Zoe graduated from King's College London with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2019. Since then, she has worked in the NHS and private healthcare with adults and children, in acute (hospital) and community clinic settings.
Outside of work, you can find Zoe planning her next city break, listening to podcasts, singing in the shower and dog spotting in one of London's wonderful parks. Zoe loves her community, family and friends dearly and finds significant joy in connecting with people around her.
