Banana latte overnight oats

When you can have your morning coffee and breakfast all in one go.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

50g oats

200ml milk

1 banana (1/2 mashed, 1/2 slided)

1 shot espresso or equivalent instant coffee

Toppings:

Maple syrup, nut butter, cacao nibs, choc chips

Method:

The night before place the overnight oats in a bowl with 150ml milk and the espresso.

Leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, stir in 1/2 mashed banana, and additional milk required to achieve your desired consistency, usually a splash or 2.

Transfer into a jar / bowl. Top with the sliced banana and top with choc chips, nibs, nut butter and maple syrup.

Perfect for on the go if you need to transport it to work, uni etc or requires very little prep in the morning.
