Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Makes: about 10
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups oats
1 cup peanut butter
100g chocolate
Method:
Pulse the oats in a food processor until coarse.
Add the peanut butter and blitz until combined.
Roll into balls and temporarily store in the freezer (about 10 mins).
Melt the chocolate and give each peanut butter ball in a generous nice coating.
Store in the fridge.
