Dazzling Chocolate Shards
An Easter extravaganza.
I’m always getting in those early reminders that you’re allowed to enjoy your Easter chocolate free from guilt! A little bit of extra chocolate / sugar isn’t going to make or break your “health”.
Makes: a dray of shards
Ingredients:
500g dark choc
500g milk choc
500g white choc
2 cream eggs
1 snickers bar
1 crunchie bar
Smarties
Whatever kind of chocolate bars you like!
Method:
Chop up the snickers and cream eggs.
Bash the crunchie into a honeycomb sprinkle.
Melt the different chocolates in 3 separate bowls. Line a baking tray with grease poof paper. Spread the dark chocolate out first with a spatula. You don't want it to be too thin or it will snap too easily. Then add the milk and white and spread to create a marbling effect.
Sprinkle over all the chocolate bars and leave in the fridge to set.
Break into rustic shards and enjoy!
