Nut Butter Protein Shake

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 large frozen banana

250ml milk

1 scoop protein powder of choice

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional ā€“ flax, chia seeds

4-6 cubes of ice

Method

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz into a thick and indulgent protein shake.

I like mine topped with granola and a little more almond butter.
